Mindful Movement

FND Hope is collaborating with Re+Active PT and You Can Yoga to offer a Mindful Movement series with Lian Todd. Join this 3-part series for a special journey to connect your mind and body. Each week has a unique focus:
- Week 1: Discover the power of showing up and noticing without judgment. Experience a guided imagery meditation with a ball of light traveling through your body, accompanied by gentle seated movements and soothing music.
- Week 2: Embrace gratitude with a special intention. Engage in a breathing practice, including hand tracing breathing and hot cocoa breathing. Enjoy gentle seated or standing movements with new breathing techniques set to uplifting music.
- Week 3: Explore the theme of community (“Kula”). Ground yourself through a 5 senses meditation, and participate in gentle seated or standing movements with music, incorporating an awareness of the sensations in your environment.
