CONFERENCE GUIDE FOR AUDIENCE MEMBERS
You will only need to register once to access the conference on both days.
For the General Conference (Between October 9th 9AM – October 10th 12PM):
This portion of the conference will be run as a Zoom Webinar, meaning only presenters will have the ability to turn their cameras on. Please keep your mic off during all presentations. You will not have the ability to turn your camera on. You are welcome to ask questions via the Q&A option or through the chat box.
For Breakout Rooms (October 10th, 1PM – 4PM):
This portion of the conference will be run as a Zoom Meeting. Please keep your mic off during all presentations. You may turn your camera on. You are welcome to ask questions via the chat box. You may also use the ‘Raise Hand’ Reaction option. The presenter or moderator will call on you to turn on your mic and ask your question. There will be time for further discussion after each presentation.
AUDIENCE CODE OF CONDUCT
Please keep all questions and comments appropriate and non-offensive to other participants. An FND Hope volunteer will be moderating all discussions. We reserve the right to remove you from the conference if your behavior is found to be disruptive or offensive to others.
