FND Patient Booklet

The FND Patient Booklet was written and created to provide individuals diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder a basic understanding of Functional Neurological Disorder (FND).  The booklet contains information on what is FND and the symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment for Functional Neurological Disorder. Inside you will also find tips and techniques patients have shared to help manage or cope with FND.
