FND Hope is collaborating with You Can Yoga to offer a Mindful Movement series with Lian Norris.  Lian will include some of the following practices:

  • Discover the power of showing up and noticing without judgment.
  • Embrace gratitude with a special intention.
  • Engage in breathing practices.
  • Enjoy gentle seated or standing movements with new breathing techniques set to uplifting music.
  • Ground yourself through 5 senses meditations
